I am Highly disappointed. I paid R41.00 For Eye Liners, And I Received Eye Brow Pencils (Which It States On The Pencil). I'll Make you a deal... If you can stick this "eye-liner" in your eye, without taking your eye out, I'll change my rating to positive. If you want me to send it back for a refund, pay the postage and the postage money I already paid with this purchase. Please know your product before you try selling it.
