I dont understand the mentality that causes people to rate us badly before even contacting us to try ressolve whatever problem?! If you have a problem, pls email us and we will do all we can to help. rate us badly before even notifying us of a problem and we will ignore you until you realize that you are being ignored and remove your rating. Anyone who rates us negativly before trying to get in contact with us prior -I.E without giving us a reasonable opportunity to help- will not be assisted. Responded 22 May 2007
