Payment received on the 30 May and item was posted the same day (Tracking number PE424935406). Item was collected on the 1st, apparently not by the customer. I have already told the customer that we will try and find out who collected the item, even though this is clearly not our fault but that of the "Brilliant Post Office Service" which we have.
