I dont understand the mentality that causes people to rate us badly before even contacting us to try ressolve whatever problem?! If you have a problem, pls email us and we will do all we can to help. rate us badly before even notifying us of a problem and we will ignore you until you realize that you are being ignored and remove your rating.
