I do not feel this rating is justified. Scrolling marquis says, "Please read carefully before bidding". Payment options are clearly noted in item description and when buyer said she did not have a credit card, I offered other payment options. I feel I have done everything possible to accommodate buyer's circumstances. Responded 08 Jul 2007
