This has gone missing - and I am not getting any response from the seller as to what I should be doing. I paid for the item promptly and now that I am asking for help - seems to be of no importance anymore now that the seller has their money!!
The facts of this case are the following: The item was pd for on the 25/6 I posted the item on 26/6 and emailed the tracking number. I was emailed a request from the customer for the tracking number on a separate occassion and this was given. I was on my holiday when I received this negative rating so was unable to reply in the 24hrs that I was given before the negative rating was issued. Responded 30 Jul 2007
Sorry to hear about your Grandmother as per your message sent to my private e-mail which I might add your were appologetic in and quite respectful and amicable. What I am furious about is the change of attitude when replying to my rating on the bid or buy site for everyone to peruse. Why don't you try and remain constant when communicating either on a clients private e-mail or on the bid or buy rating instead of behaving like an absolute ignoramous flexing your muscles for all to see.
Auction closed on 14 June 2007. I only received payment on the 25th of June 2007. This is 11 days after the Auction closed! Item was posted on the 3rd of July 2007, 8 days after payment was received. Not nearly as long as I waited for my payment!! My Grandma is in Hospital on her deathbed and this buyer has the audacity not to take anything up with me in person! Hi this went missing in the post and I have e-mailed twice to find out what to do - I have still not had a response and finding this unacceptable as I have paid for this item - there is this ring and another that was posted at the same time that are simply gone. I paid promptly and now that I do not receive the goods nearly two months down the line I am being ignored!!!

Once proof of payment is received the item will be dispatched. Updated: your item has been posted. Postage was delayed due to the fact that buyer did not use the correct reference when making payment and therefore I could not detect the payment timeously. Responded 06 Jul 2007
