Strange as I have an email with the record of the tracking on the parcel which I sent to this buyer detailing exactly where the parcel was. After receipt of this report, no further communication from buyer. I would have been happy to help had I been informed that there was still a problem after this communication. Parcel was actually at the buyers post office the day after the report was sent through, so I don't understand how it was 'missing'. Responded 20 Aug 2007
