I am happy with the seller's prompt service and follow-up. However, I was not happy AT ALL with the gem I received. the stock photos used and the Indicative market value are very deceiving - what you receive is completely different from what you expect. This has completely ruined my experience with BidorBuy and makes me extremely hesitant to buy anything from this website again.
