My dear lady, the item was posted on the 5th September and arrived in Nelspruit on the 6th September. The Post Office sent you an advice on the 7th September. YOU ONLY COLLECTED IT ON THE 2nd October.My records show that I e-mailed you on the 5th September and advised that the item had been sent.
