Great jacket and fast and efficient service. Only comment is that spyguy should clearly advice that you must order at least 2 or 3 sizes bigger than normal. Normal size XL - ordered XXL - received XXL but actual size is L. Still happy with product but I have given to family member to use as is too small for me.
Delivery and service was fine. Product not the greatest but will serve the purpose. After discussing the product, seller has refunded in full. Thanks for that and will deal with you again in future.
Not happy. This is a toy and feel that the description did not clearly show this. Will not deal with them again. This problem was handled in a very professional and client oriented way and has been solved. Rating is changed to reflect this very positive attitude to their clients. Thank you.
