Crystal Frech Clip Earrings

Bought a pair of crystal french clip Earings on 23 July 2007 , added delivery fee aswell and it's now 6 August 2007 & still i have no earings. I think this is ridiculous considering a courier fee was added a 48 hour delivery garauntee is given.
