You could have mentioned that the watch is broken and not in good order as advertised. I wouldn't have bought it if I had known. The crown stem is loose and just pulls out, therefore the watch can't be set.
Unfortunately the strap did not survive the transport. No matter. New strap and battery and as good as new. This is for my mother and at her age it is not what it looks like, but what she can see. This watch is perfect. Thank you.
