The silver is actually 18K white gold plating as stated in the listing. I cannot understand how a ring that was carefully packaged, bubblewrapped and dispatched in perfect condition on the 5th Nov is now damaged on the 11th Nov? First I get reported to BOB for not sending the item - payment cleared my acc. on 4th Nov and ring posted on 5th Nov. Now you claim the ring is damaged???
