The ring received was bent and cubic zirconias both lose and fell out in the packaged box.
I find that the ring received was not of standard as promoted on website and thus dissatisfied and unable to use.
What happened to communication? Parcel must have gotten damaged in transit. The Post Office really don't care what they do with the parcels. I do have a great after sale service and would give you a refund as well as replacement in a jiffee. I really want my customers to be happy with their purchases. Cindy Responded 11 Sep 2007
