Portable 20000mAh LED Power Bank External 3 USB

Very fast delivery but the product is not as the add says. The powerbank is supposed to recharge my samsung phone 2 times. Its supposed to be 20 000 mAh. My 10000 mAh powerbank is stronger that this one. Very poor cheap powerbank.
