I feel that the service was great but that the product was poor. The stylus was slightly bent (not because of shipping but poor quality - it also did not fit snuggly into my Sony Ericsson M600i and kept wanting to fall out) - I felt a bit cheated by the fact that it was not the genuine article.
It would be better if you returned the stylus for a refund - see again the product description and questions and answers. I have another customer who personally collected and is satisfied and needs another urgently, so you would be doing us all a favour if you returned your stylus for a refund. Responded 24 Feb 2008
