Things have certainly been twisted around here..Wording like "Do you have a tracking number for me yet ?? You have promised me 72 hours !!"..is not the friendliest way to liase with someone...are the exclamation marks really necessary?? Since that e-mail, the allegations and accusations just became progressively worse. Negative rating was updated 5 times during the last 3 days..pity the clients can't see all the previous updates which shows what type of character we are dealing with... Responded 05 Dec 2007
