The item was just received and would have gone off on the next shipping date but will rather refund you so supply banking details....ps I had a box of engravers but when it was opened it was discovered that it was the wrong voltage...and not wanting to send a wrong item I asked for my buyers to be a bit patient..which toy obviously has not yet mastered.
