These are not copies and are exactly like the other sets this buyer has purchased before from other sellers. Buyer informed us that one of his two sets were faulty and we promptly sent him another one. The buyer then said he would like his money back. We agreed saying it was no problem. Our policy however is that the item must first be returned before we can exchange or issue a refund. The buyer then claimed that he sent the items back, but we have received no tracking number and no items. Responded 28 Jan 2008
