E-mail was sent on the day of payment (5/12) with proof of payment - no response. E-mail sent to ask for tracking number for parcel - no response. SMS sent to all 3 numbers listed on BoB requesting tracking number or some sort of correspondence - no response. UPDATED 13/12/07, I received a phone call apologising and saying the item was sent today. Will change rating once I receive item. UPDATED 27/12/07, NOTHING - NOTHING - NOTHING! Too late for Christmas now - GIVE MY MONEY BACK!
