Although the seller is based in Asia, he is very reliable. But if you have the RR number and the SA Post Office insists on II number, ignore them, and demand to see a manager or someone specialising on International Incoming mail, he/she can use the RR number to find II number using SAPO system.
I ordered this item on 25 March 2008. It was to be delivered overnight. I sent an email yesterday and there's no responce and today I called but there was no answer. I left a voice mail message.

I finaly got the item. I specifically asked for counter-to-door as I'm struggling to go the Post Office, and the seller send it via speed service counter-2-counter (and didn't foward me a track number). Notices aren't send for 4 physical addresses!
