Very dissapointed. Frog arrived with a broken foot! How do I return it and who pays for the postage,ect? I do not want another frog.Definately not what I expected!
I sent the above rating on 16th April 2008 and still have not had a response! You customer service really needs some work!
Very happy with the friendly service! Customer relations is one of a kind! Never have I ever had such great service! Will MOST definately do business again!!!!!!!! I'm glad to see there are still ppl that believe that the customer comes first!
