After having paid for my order on25/01/08 I heard nothing more until a week after I initially emailed seller with a query sent on 04/02. I was told the delay was due to the power failures. I never knew it takes elecrticity to post a parcel!
I eventually received my package on17/02 and therefor have changed my rating to neutral. I still will not be using this seller again.
Delay due to power failure was mainly that one of our computers ( with the order data sheets on it) had been effected by one of the surges and that hard drive was lost. ....the entire months data sheet had to be recompiled. this took some time. Responded 13 Mar 2008
