Positive: Quick response from seller. Good initial communication. Prompt shipping. Negative: Product is a let-down.The handle had scuff marks on it and the laser is utterly useless. The aim is out by at least 20cm on a 2 meter distance no matter how you set it. Calling this a high grade type airgun is probably a bit of a misnomer. UPDATE: Received the new product as promised.
