I have ordered 2 differend ebooks from the seller in 2 seperate auctions a week apart. I paid postage seperately for each product but the items was send together in one envelope. I have send and email to the seller enquiring about it and has not received any response from seller, and surely could not have cost R30 to dispach a standard envelope. I was thus overcharged on postage. I would like a refund one one postage.
You had 2 different orders 1 n the 16 and one on the 24 therefore the postage was correct. It clearly states the postal charges in all the items I sell. I have not received any email from you with any request. The postal charges covers the costs of the envelopes, CD's printing etc. Because it was for 2 different orders. If you had placed the orders on the same day it would have been a different/lower fee. Responded 08 Feb 2008
