This customer took more than 10 days to pay. After they explained the situation, I retracted the SNC filed. As to "sent email, no response" ... I have the dates and times of all emails sent and they were usually sent right after receiving her email. Feedback has always been forthcoming and I am not the Post Office, so I have no control over time of package delivery.
