THE OPAL i BID FOR WAS NOT YHE OPAL i RECEIVED. WHEN i SENT THE ITEM BACK I REVEICED NO INDICATION AS TO WHY, DESPITE SENDING SEVERAL EMAILS. ONE EXPLANATION I GOT WAS THAT ALL THE EMAILS HE SENT WERE RETURNED, NOT TRUE. I FINALLY GOT A REFUND TWO WEEKS AFTER BUT STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED AN ANSWER AS TO WHY I WAS SENT THE WRONG OPAL IN THE FIRST PLACE. PROBABLY, THE WINNING BID WAS NOT ENOUGH FOR HIM.
a problem slipped in and 2 gems got mixed up...I even refunded him R60 more than he paid to try and make up for the inconvenience and yet he is still not satisfied...The comment about the winning bid is just plain mean . I have prove on my pc that emails that was send to them got returned as rejected by his server. Responded 26 Feb 2008
