When I received the seeds I got 10 extra seeds, but 40 seeds were so badly broken that I was not going to waste my time sowing them. It has now been 7 weeks and in total I had 6 seeds that sprouted. I suggest you upgrade your packaging. A bubblewrap envelope is not sufficient packing.
Thanks for the advice... i have thus far only received compliments on packaging, service and quality, and have therefore not considered alternative packaging for small seed amounts. I wish that you had contacted me upon opening your parcel, as i would have refunded you or replaced your seeds immediately. The CD you sent me was broken when it arrived here. I suggest you invest some of the R 30 you charged for shipping into better packaging. I wonder how you expected the CD to look when you sent it in a normal UNPADDED envelope. For crying in a bucket, you did not even wrap the CD in a old piece of newspaper. Very dissapointed, will not deal with this seller again.
Had over 3000 sales yours is the first CD to Break! You could have emailed me with the problem and I would have sent you a new CD. Sorry but it is not my fault that someone at the post office must have used excessive force to break a CD!!!
