Goods were sent via registered mail as requested by buyer. Proof of postage was sent to the buyer. The Post Office lost the parcel and I lodged a written enquiry into the item with the Post Office. I also offered to refund the item with Leanne but was told to wait. I am dissatisified with this rating because the parcel was sent by me. I have proof.
