i am really unhappy with the lack of communication. i received a couple of automated emails, but the cell number listed goes permanently to voicemail and despite leaving a couple messages, i have not been called back. all i want is my tracking number plz!
if you actually read the automated responses you would have read that we acknowledged your payment and told you your tracking number is on its way. It is completly irrelavanat wheteher your response is automated or not. We are patient with buyers and expect the same courtesy. you make it sound like youve been waiting weeks when its been days... as soon as the seller confirmed payment, the item was shipped. its in the country now, so i am very happy with the Powerseller's practices, and would definately be happy to do business once again :-)
