From time to time there are communication issues when buyers wish to contact us as we do not wait by our phone 24/7, But in most every case we make sure the item is delivered, please note that we sent the item to the address that you have on your Bid or Buy account, if this has changed then it is up to you to update your records. In short you have received your item and we feel a negative rating was not neccesary, perhaps a Nuetral rating would have been better.
It¿s funny how you can give a bad rating for someone who gave you a bad rating, hahaha. You received payment on the bid won the very next day, I had to phone more than 4 times to get clarity on when the product will be shipped, specific shipment details was discussed with Phillip and still it was delivered to the wrong address and about 2 weeks later then the payment I call it bad service!
