I received the parcel. I sent you a number of emails informing you that the item is not working. I have not received any response. This was two months ago. Are you going to do anything about the item.
Update: There was nothing aggresive about my emails. Would you prefer not to be told if the item that you sent is not working. I'll publish the email on the web. This is a business transaction, don't be emotional. The item you sent is still not working.
You aggressive tone in your email, demanding this and that is not the way to receive a response from us at all, on the contar y.You never opted for insurance on this item, you havent even provided us with complete details.. For other buyers, we treat you the way we are treaded by you. People who expect us to jump at their ranting and raving will learn verry quickly that this doesnt work.
