I purchased this book in December and due to a lack of information, did not include my shipping charges. Which I was informed of on the 3 of January on return from my vacation. I duly paid the R25 shipping charges on the 3 Jan '08. I emailed and telephonically confirmed my payment. After a few emails & calls to Micheal, still no book!!!!
Happy now! I must say that the nagging is unbecoming for a so called business person! For the record you know for a fact the payment screen froze and hence it could not be processed, also no fault of mine you are not into technology and can't accept credit card payments manually. I would rather pay R500 odd than be harassed like this!
