It totally boggles the mind that a customer hold a seller responsible for insufficinet bank reference details being used where a payment can't be traced....totally NOT the seller's fault! I give clear instructions for all buyers to use their username as the reference???????? I will change this rating as soon as you change yours... Responded 19 Nov 2007
