Thank you for going to the trouble of phoning the Post Office for me. I was on leave last week and now that I am back, I have been there several times this week to ask whether there was a parcel for me... Nope!... However, I now have the TCO number. Will collect it tomorrow, seeing as the item has been there since the 10th of November! Good Heavens.
Thank you. Item received today. However, upon unpacking, I discovered that there seems to be one securing rod and a cover plate missing. Could be that the person who did the packing overlooked these. Could you kindly see whether the cover plate which holds the pole in place after securing with securing rods is lying around the store room somewhere. PS I phoned 014 592 5693, but only hear the message that that number no longer exists!
