Very dissappointed with product and seller, its a very good fake GHD. I've verified this with the GHD company, no seriel number on hologram and not a moving hologram. GHD and BidOrBuy are looking into the matter as seller is not willing to refund my money for the 2 ghd FAKES that I bought. Other sellers please beware of FAKE JAKE!!!
The GHD straightening iron I bought from JacquesO is FAKE. I read an article on ebay last week that warns buyers about FAKE GHD¿s on the market. I have contacted GHD on the matter and it was confirmed that the item I bought is FAKE. I'm very dissapointed in JacquesO for selling the fake GHD's on bidorbuy and the fact that he stated that it was a genuine product. He refuses to give me a total refund back. I won't advise anyone to buy items from this seller. BEWARE FAKE GHD STRAIGHTENING IRONS!!!
I paid the money in the instant I heard I won the bid and waited nearly 3 weeks for the phone. I was promised a discount but did not get any. I also had to phone to enquire all the time. So NO I am not happy
Willing to change this rating if something gets done. Phone listed as new,but did not come with a battery and English Manual. Also,box was not sealed. Have sent numerous e-mails,no response received. Seller kept making empty promises to resolve the problem. I would just like to say, be warned when dealing with this seller. This is my second last resort before going the legal route.
