Due to circumstances out of our control, we needed to cancel our holiday in January 2002. They do not want to refund us at all, we are willing to accept a cancellation fee but they claim its company policy nil refund although its no where stated in their website.
Did not have stock, eventually found one lhying about in the store, no box, no manual. Refused to take it - staff tried to convince me that it was not a regulator but an Octo. Furhtermore, when I pinted out that they had under billed me by R450 no one even thanked me.

Save for demanding a charge of 5% after the deal was struck( if paying by credit card, which was not advised of in the bid details), a positive rating was assured.
