I won this bid on the 24/08 and (to date) haven't received the item. Did try to contact the seller to request shipping details but to no avail.

This is the *first* I've heard that you hadn't received the item; I haven't received an e-mail, SMS or even a call from you. The package was mailed to you on 29/8 with tracking number PE345754675ZA. The tracking number was sent to you by e-mail *and* SMS. I enquired to the post office about this package and they've opened an inquiry as they can't track it down. A replacement item will be sent to you within the next 24 hours (free of charge, of course).
