Waited almost 3 weeks for the item. On advert the computer won had a cd rom and there software cd's that he advertised as part of the deal. Computer sent old and not in working order. CD Rom has been removed and there were no CD software sent. Seller not reliable and his deal was nothing fraud.
Bidorbuy should terminate membership of such sellers for they bring the auction into disrepute.
No contact as yet. Sent several emails after being notified that I had won the auction. Left message on cellphone. Not sure whether to just wait or forget the deal !
AVOID! Paid him 2 weeks ago, but have not received my CDs, nor has he responded to my 6 e-mails (also CCd to [email protected]).
He sold his intergrity very cheaply.
The reason for the negative rating is that I waited 2 weeks for the items to be posted.I paid for overnight speedpost, but is was sent ordinary post. I should have read the ratings from other buyers that Matty is in no hurry to post items.
Not the worst experience I've ever had, but certainly not the best either. I waited almost 3 weeks for the item, and spent quite a bit of extra money leaving messages on his cellphone asking when I was going to get it. But I received it on Wednesday, and it is in working order - although for a "brand new" item perhaps documentation or a certificate of some sort would have been nice. *shrug* Oh well, better luck next time, Matty.
I won the P1 computer including mouse&keyboard. I paid R530 on the 25/4. On the 27/4 I was informed that the screen broke. I offered to take the PC without the screen if he paid for shipping or to refund me. Plenty of Email/calls with no response and on the verge of taking Legal action, I contacted BidorBuy (Thanks Samantha). Matty contacted me and the PC was delivered on 15/5 - Matty the PC does not even bootup, There is no keyboard&mouse. Look at auction #998022 . Now what ??
it was good doing a deal with you, i got a great deal and the service was good although you sent it a few days after the money was deposited, but no problems!!!
When can i expect my computer. You said that you will send the parcel on 24/04/03 and when I phoned you on 30/04/03 your husband said that it will be sent on 30/04/03, but untill now nothing was delivered to my. Can you please let me know when it will be delivered

Paid postage of R44-00 for overnight he sent it via normal domestic mail waited 1 week and 3 days for the card. Matty i'm giving you this rating for not giving me what I paid for !
Hardware was as advertised. Advertised software had no installation disks or licences so I had to scrap it. VGA card had no driver and seller did not respond to my two emails to him asking if he could help me source it.
After hounding me to deposit the money as quickly as possible, and make it a cash deposit to they could get the money instantly. They then proceeded to take three days to actually send the parcel. I will never bid on items from these people again, and I recommend no else does.
Sorry about the delay in Postage.. Hounding? In no way did we hound you to pay!! We just advised you to make a cash deposit as this will show instantly on our account as proof of payment.
