Very Proffesional Person and good response time and flexibility.
Only problem was the fact that he lied when he said that the GPS does not come with maps. It does come with Base Maps but these are for the American region not the Africa/Europe region.
I'm sorry to hear you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, however I gave you all information I had on the unit and it appeared to have no street level maps of anywhere incl. the USA. I did answer a question about it in the Q & A of the auction. I also did some research and found someone who sells these maps for the unit - contact me if you need the info. Responded 26 Jul 2004
