As this was the first time that I purchased anything over the internet I was very nervous and uncertain. Giantcastle was very helpful, courteous and professional while handling the transaction. He answered all questions that I had asked within a few hours of me asking them. I received the phone and it was as promised, brand new and working perfectly. I would recommend this seller to other prospective buyers.
This was a major shlep. I was sent 81 individual emails which had the invites. I should have realised this.
I thought I would get one email WITH the 81 invites. However the seller was very accomodating.
Giant Castle Delivered the radios, but after I mailed him to inform him that one radio was not working he never replied. I still sit with one dead radio.
This auction was concluded on 30 November 2005. I have received no emails. It's unfair to contact me now well over 3 months after the auction to exchange. I personally tested each item I despatched. E-book still outstanding. No response to email. Account punctually paid. Telephonically discussed and would send. Email sent to request dispatch of goods purchased. SMS received to source book from foreign web site which did not work. Another email sent by myself requesting the applicable e-book and that the download site did not work. Still awaiting response from Seller??? Please kindly expedite my purchase of the applicable eBook to my email address ASAP.
I feel very disapointed with the rating. I've sent the ebook around 6-8 times. His email account is bouncing the mail probably due to a firewall. I sent it to his son as well but no response. I think it's better to communicate via email than sending negative feedback. I even offered a refund if he so desires. Other than that I don't know what else I can do to make Lyle happy.
