We have sent you the details regarding your packages and we have contacted the post office regarding the package you have not received yet, if the post office delivered to a wrong branch they will send it back to us and we will then post it again. The last communication was the details regarding your packages as agreed and now you are posting negative ratings I think you are being unreasonable because we are doing everything in our power to resolve your issue.
