I won and paid and nothing- this was on 6/12/05,why didn't you give me the tracking number of the first package??,You can not argue,I have contacted you a 100 times with a few reply's.I have received it on 20/02/06.I am sorry for your pain,but put yourself in my shoes.There is one matter I am still unhappy about,The unit looks new but there is no manual or Power adapter??How must switch it on??.Your auction stated it is new and still in its box!
I've tried to comply all I could and to feather all that went wrong, but I was medically incapacitated most of the time, {Blah Blah) when the package was sent back it was re-sent the very next day. Warning: Do NOT trade with this person! I had an extremely bad experience with Shane Baardman.
He insisted that the money be transferred before I take delivery, which I did, to my detriment. I decided not to take delivery due to the fact that the items were not in the advertised state.
After 3 weeks I still don¿¿¿t have my money back. He does not respond to phone calls, SMS or e-mails.
I am instating fraud charges.
