In order to atract attention of buyers ,seller replaced original photo ( ref : 3079945 of 17 Jan.) with image of atractive free hanging kitchen hood (ref 3741128 )made of steel & glass.Delivered hood is of different shape & inferior quality and de facto is for cupboard instalation .Blown up image is only contributing to further confusion.In the box was included instruction manual showing hood of the desired and ordered shape.TOTALY CONFUSED MISREPRESENTATION. Shame!!!!

I have proof of all the mails i've sent you with the tracking no so how could you not have received it???? The parcel has been at the Fourways post office since 12 April Responded 13 May 2007
