Sorry for the belated rating...Great service but I worry that this was advertised as 'natural moonstone' when I believe it is a 'rainbow moonstone' which is a misleading word for white labradorite which is not ACTUALLY a moonstone. Or could I be mistaken?
I am extremely unsatisfied. The stones were smaller than advertised. I informed George, who seemed interested in resolving the issue. He said he'd send an additional 10 stones of the same size as compensation.
The stones never arrived. After chasing George, he said he would send them, but never did. After a few weeks I tried to contact him twice more requesting a refund... he never responded.
I have still yet to hear from him 4 months later.
