Despite some initial delay in making contact to confirm the deal (turns out the seller was travelling) the purchase went off smoothly and efficiently. We would certainly do this again.

have received the item,but must admit it took long,now it looks very simple but im nt sure how this works as i have an adapter but have no idea where it goes.i think there is a unit missing?i have the camera and the power adapter.is this right?pls email me asap.thanx
I got good service in the beginning when i bought the Ball but the moment i phoned to say the light keeps on breaking the bulbs the seller just never phone or get back to me. He does not care about after sale service or a client. Will never recommend him, never.

The customer uses it in a disco and therefor will obviosly need to change globes often. Furthermore these globes are extremel sensitive and if any moisture gets on them...they will neva last long. Still awaiting my camera evens thou money has been deposited into acc: on 02/04/07.
Seller doesn¿t return calls, on initial winning of bid & payment I was informed package ready for shipment will rec. tracing number (still waiting for it).
I find a definite lack of business etiquette with seller.
My question is does the seller have these items in stock that he¿s selling on this site?
I opened up camera and found dry joint,soldered and now camera is fine ,Sorry Mr Mr Naidoo,,Maybe you should test equipment before despatching it in future.
I have edited my reply to that of a Positive Rating. This seller did honour is word in getting me the correct powersupply. Delivery in total was very long, however I am sure that this was probably out of his control , saying this I am comfortable that he explored every opportunity in delivering an acceptable level of customer service.
I did state to the buer upon receiving the items by including a letter and an email stating that there were some customs problems and i will forward the adapters to him as soon as my stock arrives. Furthurmore...the adapters that were supplied DO WORK in South African 2 pin plugs...no reason for such a harsh comment...impossible to get this item at this prices in the whole COUNTRY!!!>>>PLEASE ALTER RATING...NEW PSU's HAVE BEEN SENT...tracking number forwarded to you Responded 03 May 2007
I phoned the seller and we arranged that he would deliver the item to ne on the Monday when he came to Durban and i would pay cash>i have not heard a word from him since. no delivery nothing. i have since bought a smoke machine from a shop near me and am now no longer interested in the item or the seller.

We did arrange to meet, unfortunately there was a problem. I did try to contact the buyer which i couldnt, so i sent many emails and received no response. Half the emails to the address supplied on bidorbuy for the buyer bounced. Responded 19 Feb 2007
Posting took some time - I have to give you a neutral rating as it is up to the seller to comunicate about the stock problems and postage errors.I wount give you a negative rating because the product was good.Will do business again but would work on a 20% before and rest after delivery basis.
I unfortunately messed up in not reading the sale properly. It was not what i had thought it too be thus i could not take it. The seller was very professional about my blunder.
Photo looks a bit bigger than the actual product. The power adapter broke when I took it out of the box, which might be due to the courier company. But still an excellent product.
