As far as I am concerned, this is a no sell - I won the auction on 29 Feb 08. On 3 March 08 I requested the promised list to choose from. On 11 March 08 I again requested the list and received it on 11 March 08. I then picked certain items from the list and ordered them on 13 March 08. To date no response and it looks as if this lady bit more off than she could handle, meaning R157 for R500 worth of product. Watch out if you do business with Cindi Brink !!
Seller has never gotten back to me. I enquired about postage and was told that her supplier was out of stock and she did'nt think she'd be able to supply. Surely this is not good business practice. When I get assurance that the article will be posted, I will pay and change my rating.
i am very sorry i never saw your payment in the bank. i have sent them with a few extra to make up for it. how can i make up for it to get a better rating Responded 22 Aug 2007
I won an auction for glowsticks with an indicative market price of R500. I received 19 glowsticks, which as I previously bought at a store for R2.00 per stick. 19 X R2 = R38.00. That is not close to the indicative market price of R500.00. I won 10 "pieces" which I took for 10 containers of glowsticks. I feel this was a false projection of the product on auction.
i am very sorry you misunderstood the auction. I indicated that the market value was R500 because i had 200 for sale. the glowsticks were sold in quantities of 5. so you bid on 10 glowsticks @ R1. i send you 9 extra as a freebie. No one else has misunderstood the auction. if you thought you won 10 containers then it would have been 10 containers X 100 glowsticks. which would mean @ R2 each as you say they cost. it would have been a market value of (10 X 100) = R1000 @ R2 = R2000 AND NOT R500 Responded 30 Jul 2007
