I saw Mr Ivan Rushmer's rating and was sceptical but went ahead and bid on the item.I asked the condition of the phone and was told there were a few small scratches. NOT SO. The housing of the phone is cracked and broken in several places, The buttons dont work. I agree, he did not state a charger would be included in his description and none was provided. This man is a scam artist. Be careful
