This has been an absolute letdown. I ordered this item for my daughter’s bethday. She was so excited today when it arrived. When we turned it on nothing happened, completely dead. I’ve tried calling the seller multiple times. I even called the seller before it was delivered to confirm the memory card swap as he advertised. This is a scam stay away ! Bid or buy how can you allow these sellers on the platform ?
