Guess what!!! Cellphone got lost via Post Ofiice neglegence. So why negative rating; i request to send the cellphone via Courier and he send it normal insured mail. Do what customer ask you to do. And don't blame the Post Office; because the customer is always right. And now, I request my money back and he have to claim his $$$ from the Post Office. His reply is that I have to wait when Post Office gonna rebate him; then only will he refund me.

I'VE EXPLAINED TO THE BUYER AND HE HAS AGREED+I HAVE FAXED HIM EVERY DETAIL.SINCE IT BEING THE FAULT OF THE POST OFFICE I CONTACTED THE POST OFFICE & WAS TOLD TO FILL IN A FORM INORDER FOR THE MATTER TO BE INVESTIGATED.THE BUYER IS BEING VERY INCONCIDERATE,ITS ALREADY A LOSS ON MY SIDE! I HAVE CONTACTED BIDORBUY AND WAS TOLD THAT THE BUYER SHOULD BE PATIENT.I WILL REFUND THE BUYER ONCE I HAVE CLARITY ON THE MATTER. Responded 01 Aug 2007
